My kitchen sink - as in finish off my extra grains - imperial hop bomb, um, what? Amber or Brown?

Notes:

Mixed 70 grams each of Simcoe, Centennial + Chinook. 30 g @ 50mins, 18g @ 30 mins, 24 g @ 25, 20, 10, & 5, and the rest (should be 66) at flame out. Added corn sugar at 1 min.
