so i made the switch to all grain, but i had a lot of dme and lme laying around, so i brewed a beer.

OG 1.101
99 IBU

6 lbs extra light dme
3 lbs light dme
3.3 lbs extra light lme

5 oz. amber malt
8 oz crystal 10
8 oz caramunich

1.1 oz amarillo @ 60
.5 oz simcoe @ 60
.6 oz citra @ 60
.5 oz warrior @ 60
.5 oz amarillo @ 20
.5 oz simcoe @ 20
.5 oz warrior @ 20
.5 oz citra @ 20
1 oz citra @ 10
.5 oz chinook @ 5
.5 oz citra @ 5
.5 oz chinook @ 0
1 oz citra @ 0

safale us-05 (x2)

fermenting at 62 degrees for 21 days

transferring to a 5.25 gal. american oak (medium+ toast) barrel for two weeks and then into the keg.
