So I'm making this

7 lbs MO
4 lbs 2 Row
12 oz Vienna
12 oz Victory
8 oz Wheat
2 oz Crystal 120

proportionally stepped up to make it 1.071 gravity.

Is that ok? or should I leave the specialties alone and only step up the MO and 2 Row?

Hop schedule is this-

Time Grams Ounces AA% IBU
60 28.3 1.00 11.6 = 27.4 Magnum
60 0.0 0.00 12.8 = 0.0 columbus
30 14.2 0.50 6.4 = 5.8 cascade
20 28.3 1.00 12.8 = 18.3 columbus
15 15.0 0.53 6.4 = 4.0 cascade
5 7.1 0.25 12.8 = 1.5 columbus
0.1 15.6 0.6 6.4 = 0.0 Cascade

Does this seem OK?

Generally, you can always proportionately increase or decrease ingredients to scale recipes up or down... (in volume). You are keeping the volume the same and trying to increase the concentration (alcohol). The only thing you need to be concerned is a higher gravity beer will "resist" the bittering effects of your bittering hops a little bit. So, my rule of thumb would be to go with your adjusted hops schedule, but increase the bittering hops by another 7-10%. Not an exact math exercise, but lacking a software progrgam, that should do it.

Thanks, I calculated for the IBUs with the increased gravity. I'm more worried about the hop variety. I made that part up myself.
