Hey there!,
I am thinking about making a keg I have into a fermenter. How tough is it to harvest yeast from these? How are you getting your yeast out.
One idea is to invert the keg in normal operation and add a corny lid in the former bottom of keg(now top of fermenter) and rig a dump valve at the Sankey connector now at the base.
