i'm looking to make an orange coriander wheat type ale.
gist is looking like:
5 lbs american 2-row
5 lbs white wheat
1/2 lbs carawheat
1/2 lbs honey malt
feedback on gist would be great.
Should I do a protein rest and at what temp?
Then mash at 152 for 60 minutes
boil schedule
1/2 oz hallertau at 60 min
1 oz sweet orange peel at 15 min
1/2 oz hallertau at 10 min
1 oz coriander seed at 5 min
any feedback is appreciated.
