Made a starter with washed yeast on Friday the 20th thinking I'd brew on Monday the 23rd. I don't have a stir plate so shake intermittently. Well I've got to leave for work a day early negating brew day plans. Can I just cold crash the starter for 2 weeks or is it a loss? Is there another option. Thanks for the help.

put it in fridge. The day before brewing pull it out make a new starter wort. Decant and pitch to new starter wort. swirl as pass by it. You may want to have some stand by yeast on hand, although I don't think you will need it.
