If you make a starter and it ferments down, you are good to go. I would start with a small starter and build it up. It will have less viable cells, but you might have enough left.

But that sucks, let's hope you caught it JUST after it froze. Like netjunk1e said, make a starter and just give it a shot. There has to be at least a small proportion of yeast still viable
 
Freezing liquid yeast is said to reduce the viability by about 10%. I dont therefore see a problem with it.
