Hi, A friend of mine gave this to me yesterday. Its a ss pressure vessel from a company called alloy products. This is a long shot but does anyone here have experience using these things as fermentors? I'm thinking a pressurized fermentation to reduce esters etc., then cold crash in the fermentor and serve. Looks like I'll need to get some kind of tri clamp fittings for the gas and liquid, and that large connector on top.
