So I sat down and tried to come up with an Eisbock recipe off the top of my head. I wanted top throw it out there for the collective to dissect. This will be my first bock so i really have no idea what to do. I just plugged all these ingredients into Beersmith and came up with something that fits all the style guidelines and i think it will work. Here you go:

7# 2-row pilsner malt
4# munich
4# vienna
1# biscuit
1# Choc Wheat
1 oz. magnum
1 oz. hallertauer

That seems to be a good place to start, but as to the process , i dont know exactly where to start. I'm sure there's supposed to be a decoction or two in there and would mash between 152-154?

Like i said, let me know what y'all think

All you really need is a way to freeze your beer and remove the ice efficiently, "eis" is ice in german. It's basically a method of distilation. Find of write a strong bock recipe that makes you happy and use it.
