Hey guys,
Today i bought a Thomas Coopers Brewmaster kit. Its not my first extract batch, but it is my first "brewmaster selection". I bought my normal Dextrose and when i got home and read up on the instructions they say. " Brewmaster Pilsener contains yeast that behaves differently to the normal Coopers Yeast. The brewer should note the following: Avoid excess use of plain white sugar/ dextrose."
Has anyone tried these types of kits, and if you have is it bad to use my normal 1 kg of dextrose. If not what should i use.
Thanks in advance Barroom Hero
