EZ Water Question

How come the spreadsheet will NOT allow me to select "Alkalinity CaCO3" (vs. the Bicarbonate HCO3 option)?

My report from Ward Labs has the former number, not the latter.

Um, mine allows either. I just click the radio button for the one I'm using. Perhaps you have a corrupt file. Did you use the one at www.ezwatercalculator.com?

When I do it, it gives me an "error" message if I try to use it as Caco3. It works fine as Hco3, though.

If I use the "open office" link, it opens to a read-only document, so it's useless for me.

Divide by 61 and multiply by 50 to convert Alkalinity as CaCO3 to HCO3.

Mine works fine for both. Sounds like something is askew in the cell formula. IIRC, there was something about that bug in the original thread, but I thought TH fixed it with this release.

Nope, I just (again) downloaded a copy. No go.

Doc, are you certain about the .82 conversion factor?? Could you point me to a source...although you never lied to me before...
