I am making several batches of Apfelwein today, and while out buying cider to top up what little fresh-pressed we got out of our bushel of fresh apples I picked up a gallon of Mango nectar. It has no preservatives in it, and I thought I could do it up like apfelwein.
Got a spare packet of Montrachet red. Anyone have any idea how I should mix this out?:fro:
