My In-laws got me 18 oz of hops for my birthday and I'm trying to come up with a some different recipes to use those hops. There are 2oz each of the following hops:
Cascade, Centennial, Fuggles, Magnum, Northern Brewer, Nugget, Perle, Willamette, and Zues.

I've used Cascade and Centennial a lot in the past, so those ones I think are easy. any suggestions for recipes or styles for the rest of the hops? I generally like PA's and IPA's, but am open to suggestions.

Thx!

Nugget, Perle and Zeus would make a pretty danky IPA! You can use the Magnum for bittering as it is primarily a bittering hop.

The Fuggles & Willamette will go well in an English pale ale. The Cascade,Centennial,Nugget Would be good in an IPA. Perle is a German derived hop with a smooth spice to it. I used US Perle & Czech Saaz in my APA,& boy,was it goood!
