Has anyone attempted a Gluten free hard cider? If so how do you do that.

Typically cider is gluten free as it is made from apples. From that, use any yeast typically used from gluten free brewing such as 05 or 04. It'll all be gluten free. Most hard ciders are gluten free if they are natural without additional ingredients.
