I have the following leftover grist from a few batches last month:

.5# flaked barley
.5# crystal 60
.5# black barley
.75# chocolate malt
1 oz liberty

...and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what I could add to it to make a batch of some kind of beer.

Normally I do the standard 5G batches, but does anyone ever do like a half-batch, just to use up old stuff?

I'm no recipe pro, but I'd say you might be well on your way to a robust porter...

I would pick up some two row throw it all in a mash, and .5 oz of Liberty @ 60 and the rest at 20 and see what you get. It'll be beer.

I mis-read and thought this was about spent grains...I was gonna say I trade them for a dozen eggs every time I brew. Makes chickens poop out eggs like crazy. Put a CL ad up and your phone oughta ring off the hook
