Racked one week ago.
Still a bit cloudy, and sweet... but I'm happy with the results thus far.
First IPA... early pour.

Still a bit cloudy, and sweet... but I'm happy with the results thus far.
The thing about IPAs is that the earlier you drink them, the better they taste. The hops seems to dissipate over time.
