Hey guys,
I was just looking at posts for control panels and it looks like the toolbox is something I'd like to build eventually. Big problem though, I don't have a 240v outlet upstairs. I know a little about electronics, I can solder and build simple circuits, but designing a panel is above me. I'll be going all electric and withing the next year I'll be buying SS kettles. But for now is there any way to make a 120v control panel like that, I don't mind running long cords to plugs all through the house I'll only be brewing while the kids are out so I don't have to worry about that. I'll be using 2 heat sticks for mash/sparge and 2 for boil in a gravity fed system for now, plus I'd like digital temp readings and pump control, and those big fancy lights and buttons, they just make it look real professional
PPPlease tell me there's a way to do it.
Gerald
