I bent my liquid out post the other day and now there is a fast leak from the space between the post and the keg plastic. Is there a certain sort of sealant I should use to seal this mess up?

take the post loose,then wiggle the dip tube as you tighten it back up. may work.

There must be some sort of food grade glue or sealant I can stick in there

You could use JB Weld, although personally I'd either have it welded or use it for some other purpose. I would not want a pressurized vessel blowing a post in my face @ high psi.

Good point, I think the leak is pretty small though. JB weld wont leak any chemical into the beer once it's hardened will it?
