The amber stuff I bottled a few weeks ago tastes better every night ! I just made another batch of - Australian bitter . The can was given to me about 5 years ago , since it was old ( they had it for several years ) I decided to experiment . It was a no-boil , pre-hopped type (Cooper). I boiled it anyway - added some hops I grew back in 2004 . I had put the hops in one of those ''suck the air out bags'' When I opened it the aroma was magnificent . I put some in a cheesecloth satchel, I also put a few sprigs of fresh rosemary - I only boiled it for about 35 min. We just had a Nor'easter - so I took advantage of the snow outside to cool stuff down . I just pitched it 10 min. ago . Wish me luck !
