looking for a plate chiller

i did a search and it looks like a plate chiller is in my future. need to cut cooling time and wasting water with my very small IC and 10 gallon batches. I have read several posts and was wondering what the best size/price ratio is for 10 gallon batches, also if there is a vendor that is cheaper, that information would be good to know. I am not apposed to buying a pump and using ice water if it will save on total cost. yes, i am a tight @$$. Thanks!

He has a sheet on his site that shows Beer wort cooling times by GPM and entering city water temperature. For about $140 you can cool a 10 gallon batch in under 5 minutes!
