I have a Shiner bock clone in my primary @ 50f- using WL German Bock 833. I would like, after I rack it to the secondary, to start another batch. How long should I keep the first batch (in secondary) at low lagering temps before it is safe to bring it up to the 50's for primary ferm of batch #2? Or should I bottle #1 before even starting# 2?
