Amber but hoping for a red ale

Ingredients:

17 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
3 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM)
1 lbs Carared (20.0 SRM)
1 lbs Special B Malt (180.0 SRM)
2.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 6 18.1 IBUs
1.00 oz Target [11.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 7 13.9 IBUs

Est Original Gravity: 1.053 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.012 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 5.4 %
Bitterness: 32.0 IBUs
Est Color: 16.0 SRM

we mash 11 gal batch but split it into 2 - 7 gal kettles.

1 kettle will use 1 oz cascade @ 60 min and .5 oz target @ 30 min
and pitch a pack of notty.


im gonna use 1 oz of cascade at 60 min and 1 oz of fuggle at 30
and pitch US-05.

any suggestions?

can i pitch a US-05 and Notty? anyone ever done that?
