made an all grain dunkelweizen yesterday. cool it to about 79 degrees aerated and added yeast nutrient. pitch the yeast and stuck it inside my keezer at 64 degrees. woke up this morning and nothing was going on. the tempature on the carboy said 69degrees. should i pitch another yeast? let it warm up?

I would'nt be too worried. The yeast is probably doing its job. Give it time, take a gravity reading, repeat.

Yeast can take up to 72 hours before you see any signs of fermentation.

Wait it out and report back on your fermentation status after your 72 hours.

everything is good. what happened was there was to much protein in the carboy from the cold break and when i pitched the yeast it all sank to the bottom. good thing i have jamils book on yeast because it said just to give it a couple twist and stir up the bottom and it worked. fermenting great now and in to the keezer tomorrow for low sixties fermenting.
