I am trying ot get this recipe scaled down for brewing at home.

I have most of the recipe from the company ad a few attempts of converting it ! I am going to post these and see if I ca nget a few more Ideas

I worked on scaling this recipe down last year and did brew it, although I made a mistake and added too much flaked rye.

I think that your target OG is too high. In the xls file, they say that the target OG of the cooled wort is 23.0 which would be 1.097. You also did not add in the ground Caraway. I threw mine in at the end of the boil.

I am planning on brewing this again soon.

So how close did your brew turn out to the original? How did the color turn out? (looks like the SRM in your post may be a bit low, but I can't figure out how to bump it up while staying in line with the Excel file...)
