I am looking to do a clone of Widmers American Wheat because well I like the taste on a hot summer day.
I have not seen much on the internet and this site of course that is less than 4 years old and a All Grain recipe.
So going with what I have found, this is what I came up with.
Recipe: Widmer Hefe

I see in the following thread they talk about the hops that are comprised in Widmers blend called Alchemy hops

I choose Nugget and Warrior but if I can find the others, I will go that route.
