Beersmith Yeast Starter Issue

Using Wyeast 1318 (London III) in a batch, and it says that my yeast cells with a 1.6 Liter starter will be at 30 billion cells...this is obviously a mistake, right? I assume Wyeast packaged 100 Billion cells per package, and certainly a large starter would increase that (the number remains fixed at 30 Billion cells, regardless if a yeast starter is on there or not). Can anybody shed some light on this?

Check that you have the date from the yeast package entered correctly and then make sure that the brew date is set for when you will brew the recipe.
