I had my wife taste it ( she's not a beer drinker) and she didn't hate it. LOL this last taste was better then the others I had along the way. Now just have to find time to brew my next one.. Thanks for the help!!
 
Congrats!

I really love this hobby: if I'm successful with a batch I have a great sense of accomplishment; if I'm not, I don't get discouraged, I challenge myself to learn why and do it again. (Yes, that means not all batches will be successful!)
 
Holy crap I Made a beer. Just cracked my first bottle of my first beer. A little early. Sat in the bottle for 9 days then in the fridge for 3 more. Couldn't stand it so I cracked one tonight....

Is there any better sound then phst when you crack your first beer?? Cheers!
