Starting a couple of newbs on brewing and have reccomended buckets w/ spigots (which I like).
I have a temp controlled ferm. chamber but they do not.
Question is,do you guys think buckets w/ spigots placed in a swamp cooler are at risk for water/infection possibly going up the spigot?
I've noticed they don't always completely seal off.I always spray mine w/ sanitizer before draining anything out but have never used a swamp cooler with mine.

Inside of a swamp cooler is a bacterial extravaganza. I wouldn't put it in there at all. Just my opinion.
