Ok, so i have a keg of vanilla creme ale in the keg, about to be completely carbed up... but it has been at fridge temp for a few days now..

I am moving in a few weeks.. and I was wondering if it was ok to remove it from refrigeration until I am ready to drink it.. or if that will produce unwanted flavors? It won't be hot, just room temp...

Really it isn't any different than being in a bottle. It should be fine so long as it doesn't get hot and the keg doesn't leak pressure. You may want to connect the co2 to it every couple of days just to make sure none has leaked out.
