Hey everyone! I'm excited I finally got on here. I had to finally sign up after googling so many questions only to get threads from this site..haha. I'm pretty new at brewing. Although I have been reading about it online and in books, (How to Brew by J.Palmer is what really got me going) I did my first batch in January and starting my third one tommorow. The first one came out way better than I thought. I thought I messed it up pretty bad. So I brewed the same one again and about to bottle that tommorow. THose two were just light ales...something my fiance could handle. Tommorow I'm goin for a nut brown.
Although I'm pretty new I have a pretty good setup already. I'm doin full boils in a keggle (which I just got a weldless valve for and I'm trying to get it to stop leaking so I can brew tommorow!). I also made myself a IC. Alright gotta go for now...later.
