I've got two pounds of belgian aromatic and 11 of maris otter. I want to make an IPA that is only slightly malty, but I also want to try out what belgian aromatic does to a beer.
Should I use one or two pounds of aromatic? Should I throw in a little crystal, or is the aromatic malty enough?

edit: im probably going to set the IBUs at around 60
