I put together a 1 gallon batch of graff but think it would be a pain to bottle. i'd like to put most if not all into a 3L soda bottle to carb. my first question is how much priming sugar should i use. question number two how can i keep it carbed/priming while i pour a class or two for the wife and i?

If I were you, I would use a couple 22oz ((big enough for a glass or two) bombers and carb tabs. You only have a gallon, so bottling won't be that big of a hassle, carb tabs are super easy, so no worries about over/under carbing, and you are guaranteed fully carbed graff every time.
