looks pretty good, nice level of malt without being over board. that is blasphemous using simcoe to bitter tho. definitely needs a dry hop as well

Personally I would take the columbus and FWH with it and find some cascade to dry hop, like 2oz for 5-7 days, all the other additions look good

Way too complicated on the malt bill for a normal brew, but I understand you're just using leftover grains. I would still save the Caramunich II for another brew. You'll have enough character from the other specialty grains.

I would also definitely nix Nottingham and make a big liquid yeast starter with something that will accentuate your hops... And speaking of hops -- use the Columbus for bittering, not the Simcoe.

Yeah, about the yeast, us 05 is great for hoppy styles... and I know that if I had used it, it would be even more aromatic... But about the hops, my friend has his ipa on tap, made with columbus. We did compare them, and my beer has a smooth bitterness, more noble... much less agressive than his, but still clearly present. That's why I like to use simcoe for bittering sometimes.
