Hey all, I have two pretty big beers that will be getting bottled soon and I just want to know how long they need to be aged.

1) Old Ale - OG 71, FG 14, ABV - 7.2%

2) Raisin Dubbel - OG 63, FG 09, ABV - 7%

Let me know if you need more from the recipes, thx

It's probably not what you want to hear but the answer is the longer the better. They will probably be coming into their own around 3 months in the bottle though and of course can be consumed before that, although they won't be enjoyed to their full potential.

EDIT: Damn, beat x2.

I was thinking the same thing, im all for letting them get amazing with time.

While ive got some attention I may as well ask another question - do IPA's take more than a month to age? I need to brew something tasty that can be ready given the basic 1-2-3 approach.
