Hello,
I just discovered this forum and have been reading lots of great information and recipes all day. I just started brewing a couple of months ago with a European style red ale recipe/kit from San Francisco Brewcraft (an excellent store to check out if you're ever in the area). I'm now onto a Pumpkin spice ale that should be ready just in time for halloween. I'm especially interested in brewing the more eclectic flavors of beer.
