Chill for clarity, but can you still bottle carb after?

So I have have 23 litres of cider that have been racked to secondary. Been six weeks since it did its thing but it's not clearing up much at all. Was going to move to the garage as it's getting pretty frosty up here in Canada.

Can I cold crash it for clarity and still bottle carb it up later? I prefer sparkling to still...

It should be just fine, depending on which yeast you use. I use 1118 and 1116 a lot and they seem to get tired and flocc out after several weeks. I bottle my cider without any additional yeast and it carbs up, but juuuuuust enough.

Cold crashing helps clear things up, but there is always going to be yeast left in suspension.
