So I purchased a thermostat from AHS to convert my chest freezer to a keezer. I pull it out of the package and it has two places to set temp. The normal dial and an adjusting dial you turn with a screwdriver. When I pulled the one out of the freezer the temp sensor was WAY longer than the one I got from AHS. Otherwise it was exactly the same.

So I used the second adjustment screw and turned it to a warmer setting to see if it would work - and to my surprise it DID! 45 degrees and holding at the lowest setting on the normal temp setting dial and plenty of adjustment available on the second dial still.

I'll post pics and process later.
