Any brewing software would give you that info. Some choices are Beersmith, Promash and Beer Tools. If you have an iPhone there are a few apps you can use on there as well, I use Brew Pal.

Here is a screen shot from Brew Pal.

Brew Pal is no longer available what a bummer it looks like a good app.

Do you know how to calc. what your OG is going to be?
(if don't know that it's also easy to figure out)
Figuring out the ABV is pretty easy.
If you have an OG of 1.050, and your yeast attenuation rate is 65% to 75%
.65x50=32.5
.75x50=37.5
50-32.5=17.5
50-37.5=12.5
so you can expect an FG somewhere between 1.017 and 1.012
depending on grain bill,mash temp,ferm temp.,pitchiing rate, etc.
then (OG-FG)x133=ABV
so your ABV will be somewhere between
(1.050-1.017)x133=4.4%ABV
(1.050-1.012)x133=5%ABV

I second "Designing Great Beers". It goes into excellent detail on how to calculate your grain needed to hit specific targets and so on. There's math involved but it's all relatively simple once you read through it and remember the calculations. Nothing more than elementary school level math.
