i made my yeast starter on Friday night around 12:00am
so it would be ready Saturday afternoon when I made my
brew. Well I didnt get around to making the beer and now
its Sunday night 10:00pm and probably wont get to making
my batch of beer till Monday at 7:00pm. is the yeast starter
still good, how long is it good for, can I still pitch the yeast
after 3 days?

It will be fine. Take it off the stir plate Sunday night (or stop shaking it), put it in a cooler place to let yeast settle out... about an hour before pitching, decant the liquid on top and bring it back up to room temp. That's about normal for me :)

Yep, should be great. Overnight in the frig is a great way to settle out the yeast and have a nice concentrated shot ready to pitch.

Just did this exact same thing. Made starter Thurs night for Sat. Didn't brew until Sunday so i stepped my starter up again on Sat (6 mo old yeast), chilled that night, decanted Sunday afternoon. Since then has taken off like a rocket.
