I want to brew on Monday. We are leaving town on Thurs. A.M. So between Mon. and Thurs. is too early to replace the blow off with an airlock. Could I just re-sanitize the blow off Wed. night and leave enough room for, well blow off? We are getting back Sun. night, when I'm sure an airlock could be put on then. Thanks.

No real reason to even switch to an airlock. You will be fine. :mug:
