I'll be bottling an American Wheat next weekend. I've got about 1/2 pound of wheat DME (Munton's 55% wheat/45% barley) that I have no plans for in the immediate future. I figure I'd experiment with priming my bottles with the DME just to see how it turns out. My question is how much DME should I use to prime with? My OG was 1.046 on a 5 gallon batch.

Thanks folks!!:mug:

What? Measuring dry goods by volume? Perhaps you should have a word with my friend here :)

Who's that supposed to be...Edward Scissorhands? :D
:off: Thats the guy that everyone sees on TV and no one know his name. Like that gay guy on the design channel.

1 1/4 cups DME per 5 gal. works good for me.
