What to brew challenge

Hey guys,
Just found out that the local farm supply store has a megar selection of malts, hops, grains, and other equipment. So here's the challege, using as many of the local supplies as possible (I'm going to have to get yeast somewhere else at least), what beer can I brew?

Ingredients include:

Yeast:
Redstar
Pasteur champagne .89
Premier cuveen.79
Cote des blaces .79
Montracht .79​

Hops:
Mt hood hops a6.1 b7.5 loose 2.29
Willamette hops a5.7 b4.3 loose 2.69
Cascade hops a8.9b6 loose 2.49 (all 1 oz)
Cascade hops a5.5b6.2 pellets 1lb 12.49/
Cascade hops a6.4b5.9 pellets 1oz 2.29

Malts:
Amber dme 3lbs 10.99
Gold light dme 10.99
Light lme 7bs 17.99
Amber lme
Dark lme​

Grains:
Crystal malt 80l 1lb 2.79
Crystal malt 40l 1lb 2.79
Chocolate malt 350l 1lb 2.79​

Everything here is brewer craft if that makes a difference. Thank you guys! I'm also working on a temp controlled fridge for a fermentation chamber.
 
you could brew anything you like.
There is potential for ambers,bitters,stouts,porters,mild,APA. You name it,if you brew extract, you could brewa hell of a lot from that.
 
Weird they have all those wine yeasts and not a single packet of beer. I would be a little concerned about freshness if they lack essential ingredients, be sure and check.

2lb 12oz amber DME
2lb 4oz dark LME
9 oz chocolate malt
9 oz crysal 80

1oz willamette@60 and 1 oz Willamette @ 20
should give you an OG of 1048 and an FG of 1012 at about 31 IBUs

steep .5 lb Crystal 40

1oz Cascade @ 60, 20,
1oz Cascade & 1oz Willamette @ 10
dry hop w/ 2oz Cascade
