I'm formulating my first recipe from scratch just following the style guidelines. So, with that said, how's this look for a Dusseldorf Altbier?

looking good, but there is supposed to be little hop flavor and/or aroma in this style. That's how I did mine and that's what I found in my research.

Hmm...The style according to BeerSmith says 35-50 IBU, but I guess that's not really flavor or aroma, just bitterness.

Hows about if I put the last 0.5 oz hops in at 15 min instead of at 2?

Looks great! I've been reading some recent posts here regarding Alt/Koelsch beers that have been calling for higher hop bitterness. But that just ain't to style.

Hops should be subdued. According to Daniels, the range is typically b/w 26-50 IBUs with the average being 39 IBUs. If you do it right, I think your recipe might come close to nailing this style!:mug:

You can also work with only one hop addition at 60min.
