15 lbs. Belgian Pils
2 lbs. Belgian Cara-Pils
0.5 lbs. Crystal Malt 20°L
1 oz. English Chocolate Malt
1 oz. Strisselspalt (Pellets, 3.25 %AA) boiled 60 min.
1 oz. Hallertau (Pellets, 4.50 %AA) boiled 60 min
1 vial + starter White Labs WLP550 Belgian Ale
Split this batch with a Red Wings fan, so I did two labels:
