How do I prepare DME as my bottle primer. I know how much to use thanks to beersmith but not sure how to prep it.

Just like you prepare priming sugar, boil it in 2 cups of water and add it to the bottling bucket.

Quick related question - does anybody know of a table or writeup that could show a person who does not have beersmith the appropriate amount DME/carbonation for different beer styles/gravities?
