Hey I have a Double Chocolate Oatmeal Stout that was in the primary for one week then another week in the secondary. Do you think it would be okay to bottle now since it really doesnt need any clearing?

Clearing and aging are two very different things.

I agree, sorry i didnt specify. I def. plan on AGING the stout, but I guess I figure I could just do that in the bottles. So I guess just to simplify; can I bottle my stout after 2 weeks?

*I could use the carboy*

Ya I guess you could. Most would use the carboy but nothing says you have to do what most people do. You may get more sediment that if you aged longer in the carboys, but that probably doesnt bother you.
