Right, so I just finished bottling batch #2 (Indian Pale Ale). Batch #1 has been bottled for a month and is starting to taste really good
All seems to have gone well with batch #2 - I left it for 3 week before bottling. However I noticed a lot of sediment at the bottom of the fermenter (photo attached).
Is this normal?
