I had a low OG of 1.052 and wanted to boost the ABV using what I had on hand. I added 5.5 oz of dextrose and 9.5 oz of honey to the 5 gallon primary. Is there any way to calculate what my new OG would be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think you have to be a member to look this information up, but it does help to patronize this site. Anyway there is a nice calculator on what various adjuncts will do to yeast eating entities.

That would add .006 or under 1% ABV, if your talking about a 5 gallon batch. Anyway you can check out the website for more information if you like.

Hope this helps.
