I'm looking for a good Hoegaarden Partial Mash Clone Recipe. I've done AG brewing for quite some time now, but I've recently been pressed for time... so I'm thinking of doing a partial mash (am i dumb for this?).

If you got a good recipe that resembles Hoegaarden, hell, any decent whit at all... please let me know.

Thanks in advance:ban:

With a beer like that, you'd be better off doing AG. Mainly for color, as the extract will darken it too much.

I'm pretty sure we have a bunch of Hoegaarden recipes here. Do a search.

Look for the one in my sig, and let it sit for 4-6 months in the bottle.
