I'm trying to upgrade Mojave Red ale to Imperial status for SWMBO. I'd really appreciate any input on the recipe below... planning to brew on Friday.

No love? What I'm most interested in is two aspects--never used Munich, so not sure about so much, and never done Imp Red so should IBUs go higher?
